Project Tracker: Keep Your Creative Ideas Moving

The Project Tracker is a hand-bound A5 notebook designed to help you keep track of your creative ideas, projects, and pursuits without letting them scatter across ten different notebooks, three phone notes, and the back of an envelope you will absolutely never find again!

At the beginning of the notebook, you’ll find a project summary page where you can outline the bigger vision: what the project is, why it matters, what you’re hoping to create, and what success might look like.

From there, you can break the project down into 30 clear steps, giving each one an importance score so you can see what needs your attention first. Because not every task is equal, even though your brain may occasionally insist they are all urgent and must be done immediately.

The remaining pages give you space to choose what you’re focusing on, explore that part of the project, make notes, capture ideas, record decisions, and keep track of your progress as the work unfolds.
