Norse Throw

This beautiful throw is woven in Scotland for Laura's Loom from undyed wools grown in the Yorkshire Dales.  It is light and airy, a perfect cover up for a chilly evening or an extra layer on your bed.  

The throw has a two-sided design, showing more grey on one side, more brown on the other.  The deep brown and pale grey colouring works together to create an unusual and very warm blanket.

Woven in a small batch of just 20 blankets.  

Approximate size:  155cm x 250cm with short tasselled fringe

Recommended care:  an airing outside on a crisp dry day will refresh all of your woollen items.  They don't need to be constantly washed but if a wash is absolutely necessary this throw can be put through a gentle wool cycle at no more than 30C.  Dry by hanging over a towel.
