Designed to pair with graze boards both savoury and sweet, to be drunk neat at room temperature. It also goes fantastic in a cocktail or two!

50ml Blackberry Liqueur
50ml Dry Gin
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup (to taste)
Shake together and serve over ice.

50ml Blackberry Liqueur
25ml Elderflower Liqueur
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
Shake over ice and serve in a frosted martini glass.
