Spring Reset

Spring is the season of renewal and the time our bodies naturally look for lighter herbs after the long winter months. Nature brings forward exactly what we need and this gentle spring herbal tea, also known as a herbal infusion, is crafted with that in mind. It is a cleansing and detox herbal tea made with nettle, cleavers, plantain, lemon balm, spearmint, elderflower, calendula petals and real lemon peel for a bright and refreshing cup.

This blend can be enjoyed warm or as a cold infusion. For a chilled drink, simply steep the herbs in cold water and leave them to infuse overnight in the fridge for a gentle and refreshing spring drink.

These traditional spring herbs are enjoyed for cleansing, clearing and supporting the body as it moves into a new season. This blend is part of my seasonal herbal range, created to follow the rhythm of the year and the plants that appear in each season. Every batch is made by hand in Suffolk using real herbs, real plants and simple natural ingredients.
