Made using the Blackcurrant Ben Klibreck harvested in Ticehurst, Sussex. These Blackcurrants pack a punch of flavour with a twist of tart and sweetness. It will take your fizz, cocktails or ice cream to the next level.

Fill to the top of a flute glass with Sparkling Wine, Champagne, Prosecco or a fizz of your choice.

Soda Water, Fresh Mint and Limes
First mull the mint at the bottle of the glass (add brown sugar to taste) and squeeze in the lime juice. Add the alcohol and then top up with soda water.
